The Influence Of Water Resources On Pastoral And Agropastoral Households’ Food Security In Kajiado District, Kenya
Water scarcity remains a major development challenge in Kenya, particularly in the Arid and Semi-Arid Lands (ASALs). This study focused on water harvesting and saving technologies that are available for domestic use, livestock watering and crop production and examined their influence on household food security in the dryland areas of Isinya and Kajiado Central, i.e., two sub-counties in southern Kenya.
